Atul Kumar is the founding advocate of Bright Counsels, bringing with him over seven years of hands-on experience in civil, commercial, and criminal litigation. A graduate of Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University (2017), he began his journey under the guidance of an Advocate-on-Record at the Hon’ble Supreme Court and then worked with Mr. Nishant Das, a distinguished original side counsel. Atul has since built a practice that spans across the Delhi Courts and the Patna High Court. Atul holds a master’s degree in Commercial and Corporate Law from ICFAI University and combines academic depth with courtroom experience to deliver strategic legal counsel. His commitment to clarity and client-first advocacy forms the core of the firm’s philosophy.

She began her legal career as a Junior Associate at Tewari and Associates, where she trained under the guidance of Mr. Abhimanyu Tewari, Advocate-on-Record at the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Aatrayi then advanced her career with Nishant Das & Associates, where she honed her skills in drafting, research, and courtroom arguments.
